How does Shine! Protect work?

  1. Damage happens
    Minor cosmetic damage tends to be unavoidable. Whether it’s a rogue shopping trolley, a tight parking space, or a flying stone, small scratches and scuffs are part of everyday life.

  2. Make a request via app or online
    You can submit a repair request using the Shine! Protect smartphone app or via the website.

  3. Assessment & approval
    If the damage falls within the scope of the policy, it’s approved!

  4. Convenient repair by expert technician
    A Shine! repair technician can either come to your home or workplace, at a time convenient to you, and performs the cosmetic repair.
