Service was friendly, helpful and polite and I am very pleased with the car I bought. Everyone from the receptionist, salesperson and managers were lovely and knowledgeable. I was quite nervous because it was my first time buying a car by myself and I'd had mediocre experiences with other dealers I'd visited so far. The staff at JW Autos answered all kinds of questions and I never felt looked down on or pushed to buy something more expensive. I was looked after by Lilly and Ines and they even answered some other questions the friend that I brought along had about some different cars. They were happy to do a test drive and I felt completely at ease. They booked in follow up calls with me but I never felt like it was too pushy. They were reasonable with their price negotiation and the Kia I bought is working well and exactly what I needed. They provided the extended vehicle checks and the cars are serviced and have their MOT done at their main centre once they obtain them. They also provided as much service and MOT info as they had. The car had a free valet clean on the spot once the sale was confirmed. There was a wide variety of vehicles available and they clearly knew a lot about each one and had a passion for finding the right car for the right person. I would definitely recommend JW Autos to my friends and family in the area if they were in the market to buy a car!
